WHAT’S YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH MEXICAN FOOD?

I discovered Mexican food after living there for two years and fell in love with it. Authentic food is full of nuances, flavors, and is much more varied than it might seem a priori. It’s not the tex-mex food that people think.

Like everything else in Mexico, its gastronomy is designed to make you happy.

 

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT TEPIC? WHAT MAKES TEPIC DIFFERENT FROM THE REST?

Tepic, in my opinion, is the best Mexican restaurant in Madrid; it’s authentic, takes care of every detail, the service is impeccable and very personal. And all of this is enjoyed in a relaxed, modern and very, very charming atmosphere. Chicharrón de queso tacos and pozole are my favorite dishes. I usually accompany them with a Pacifico beer, with a tequila (whose choice I always delego in its bar equipment) or with a sangrita.
