WHAT’S YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH MEXICAN FOOD?

I am Mexican and although I live in Spain and enjoy the gastronomy of this country, Mexican food makes me return to my origins, feel at home. When I invite friends to eat at home, I invariably cook Mexican things, every day I take with me a habanero chili and after being away from home for some business trip, what my body and surely my soul asks for is to eat a taco or something that contains corn.

 

WHAT DOES IT MAKE YOU FEEL?

Happiness, enjoy life. The Mexican cuisine is so diverse, but at the same time made with so much care and care in the preparation, that when it reaches the palate conveys those sensations. It immediately connects me to Mexico, which means energy, color, flavor, love, joy and enjoyment.

 

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT TEPIC?

As for the menu, I really like tortilla soup and I think it has the best shepherd’s tacos in Spain. I like the place, the attention of the staff and the cozy bar.

 

WHAT MAKES TEPIC DIFFERENT FROM THE REST?

It combines the tradition of Mexican gastronomy with modernity in a space that is both innovative and welcoming.
